Starting from the drawing we carry out the die: our workshop born in 1998 from the need to follow properly this step of the production process. The main important thing was to give a technical and quick feed back in case of changes to be made on the dies assuring a short answer and a better control of the equipment. After the trial and the approval received from the customer we go on with the extrusion of the profile

In our extrusion division there are both one-screw both two-screws installations of last concept able to make the extrusion of profiles from 10g/mt till 5kg/mt. The systems have been developed and planned in accordance with the lean production line in order to make either the big either the small lots of production meeting the different request of the market.

Upon the growing demand of our customers we created a division that today is able to cut perfectly, to mill, to assembly, to weld by ultrasounds, to put in magnets on profiles and frames, to bend the pipes, everything in accordance with the drawing of the customer supplying a product ready to be used.
